Creamy Peanut Butter Treats

The Fluted Round mold is perfect for making a giant peanut butter cup! Of course you could also use it for a pie, crustless quiche, taco breakfast casserole (check out my blog post for that recipe) and get that great fluted edge without any extra effort! Grab the mold here and get the recipe below to create your own giant peanut butter cup.

Peanut Butter Treat

INGREDIENTS

2 bags chocolate chips (11.5 ounces)

1 stick butter, softened

2 ½ cup peanut butter

2 ½ cup powdered sugar

In a Round Mold with Octagonal bonmat, melt one bag of chocolate chips by microwaving for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave again for 30 seconds. Stir until melted.

Using a pastry brush, paint sides and bottom of the Fluted Round Mold with melted chocolate. Place in refrigerator for thirty minutes to harden.

Mix butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Spread mixture over the chocolate in the bottom of the Fluted Round Mold.

Melt second bag of chocolate chips in Round Mold used earlier, 30 seconds at a time in the microwave. Once melted, spread over the peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate until hard. Unmold and enjoy!

bon TIP: For extra crunch, crush 8 graham crackers using the Eco Chop and add to the peanut butter mixture. For gluten free crunch, substitute 1 1/2c Rice Krispies for the graham crackers.
