Top 5 Tips for using Flexipans®

There are a few simple rules for using Flexipans.

The number one tip is not to grease, spray, oil, or flour your Flexipan as most recipes state. You can save time, money and calories on this one tip. You may add a drizzle of oil to flavor your food, but there’s no need to oil or grease as your food won’t stick in Flexipans.

I always share the ABCD rules in my cooking classes:

A- Keep away from direct heat. Don’t set Flexipans on a hot burner.

B- Don’t broil. Flexipans go into temperatures up to 480 degrees Fahrenheit.

C- Don’t cut inside your Flexipan with a metal utensil; plastic is fine or unmold your food onto a cutting board or serving plate to cut.

D- They can be used in the dishwasher on the top rack. Most people choose to hand wash them since it’s so quick and easy. Shake to dry or let air dry.

Bonus tips-

Use your regular recipes at the regular temperature. Check your dish a few minutes early in case it cooks faster in the Flexipan.

Flexipans can be used on a grill that can regulate the heat. Not to be used with open flames.

By following these tips you can enjoy the lifetime warranty of your Flexipans for many years to come!
